This company did our public school's student pictures, as well as class photos, staff & all sports/clubs.
Quality is amazing, staff that come to do the photos are patient, kind, and very helpful..especially with younger students that don't always follow instruction the first time around 🙂 Modernized equipment & backgrounds, and the crisp, clear prints are such a huge improvement when compared to the company (Jostens) that was utilized for the previous 10+ years. Cost for school pictures over the years has increased significantly and the quality was worse then terrible. After enough complaining, we were told last year that we'd be utilizing a new company named "Pastor Photography" for the school's photos & ever since-everything is so much better!! Their cost is reasonable and their photographers are wonderful! The only thing I have to complain about is their contact methods, or lack there of. They're not good at returning emails or phone calls which makes things difficult, especially if you need one of their special codes in order to complete everything electronically online for your kids school/class/grade level/teacher. Without this code, you can't complete your order online like they ask you to do. It's not like the olden days where you send in an order form with a check for payment..They now prefer it all be pre completed on their website, prior to picture day at school.

Always great photos and customer service.
Pastor is always extremely flexible and has a do "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure we are taken care of. We love working with them! The best one I've worked with in 25 years as an AD! Moeller Photo is the only one that came close!

Everything always run so smoothly on picture day! Once we have our schedule in place the Pastor team goes to work, and everything just happens like a well-oiled machine! The staff are all friendly and they make me smile when I go get my picture taken. It's great to see the familiar faces each year. Teachers have the schedule, and they just follow it. The kids show up for pictures, and it's really a seamless transition for everyone. The teachers don't have to work about anything but getting the kids to the stage for photos. I've been working with Pastors since before they bought Moeller Photography, and they are the best!

Your staff was so friendly and speedy. It truly is a pleasure working with all of you, you all are very accommodating. Our initial photo day is at Jump Start prior to school even starting and that went perfectly. Our picture retake/make-up day went very quickly and smoothly. Top of the list!

It was well organized, efficient and the photographers were friendly to our staff and students. We were able to complete our whole middle school quickly. Everyone was positive and easy to work with! The ease of working with Pastor and the availability to support our yearbook, school events, and response time is appreciated! Anytime we have a need or a question, it is resolved, and your company is a pleasure to work with.
